Sharp 903

The Sharp 903 is a very well equipped mid level phone. It works on CDMA and GSM networks and includes high quality features such as a mega pixel camera, QVGA display, Bluetooth and a slot to upgrade the memory.

One of the best features on this phone is the camera. If you are looking to buy a phone that includes a top of the line digital camera, the Sharp 903 definitely delivers. The phone boasts a whopping 3.15 mega pixel digital camera that even includes optical zoom and video capture. The pictures that I took with the onboard camera were excellent and I was even able to print them out using the Bluetooth capability. With this phone you can leave your stand alone digital camera at home. The video camera also worked well, but was sometimes choppy. However, it was definitely a nice feature to have on the camera.

The Sharp 903 is a clamshell style phone that is nicely designed. One of the things that I liked about the phone's design is the internal antenna. The phone was very easy to hold in your hand and fits in your pocket nicely. While most phones today that fit the clamshell form have two display screens, unfortunately this phone only has one. It can be a little inconvenient to keep opening your phone to look at the time if you use your phone for a clock, which I do.

When you open the phone, display screen is very nice and bright. The User interface is easy to understand and only takes a few minutes to get used to. I am able to breeze through the menus with no problems. The keypad was also nice and texting or inputting numbers is very easy to do.

The phone also has a memory slot, so you can easily add additional memory, in this case Micro SD Memory Cards. Unfortunately, this phone does not have an MP3 player, but does play MP3 ringtones.

• No second display for the outside of the clamshell
• No MP3 player

The Sharp 903 is the phone to buy if you want a true digital camera integrated with your mobile phone.
