AT&T recently introduced the Pantech C630, a candy bar phone with a nice full color screen and integrated keyboard. The phone has a built in 1.3 megapixel digital camera, a slot for microSD memory, GPS, Bluetooth, and access to AT&T's mobile Internet features such as GPS and mobile sharing. Of course, the phone also comes with the standard features such as speakerphone, voice command, alarm clock, calculator, a large contacts capacity, and more.
The AT&T Mobile Music feature is great for people who love to listen to music on their cell phones while on the go. The AT&T Navigator feature gives users turn-by-turn directions and map usage, so this is also a plus. The service also includes traffic updates, which is an excellent feature for users in larger cities or areas with heavy congestion. Perhaps the best thing about the Pantech C630 is its price tag. When released, it was only listed at $39, making it the most affordable 3G cell phone on the market. Pros
Cons
OverallThe Pantech C630 is a good, solid cell phone that allows people the flexibility in price without compromising function. It suits people who need to use their cell phones for a little bit more than just making calls, yet don't need anything overly fancy. The keypad lights up, and the Internet browsing speed is fairly fast. It is an excellent choice for people who want something affordable yet mid range.
