How to Download Yahoo Mail into Outlook

There are two methods to download Yahoo Mail into Outlook. These methods will also work with any mail client which supports POP3, such as Outlook Express and Eudora.

Yahoo! Mail Plus

The Free version of Yahoo! Mail does not support POP3. If you upgrade to Yahoo! Mail Plus, you get POP3 support and then you can download mail into Microsoft Outlook using the POP3 protocol.

YPOPs

YPOPs is a free application which uses HTTP to read your Yahoo! Mail and then acts as a POP3 server to allow Microsoft Outlook to retrieve your email using the POP3 protocol.
