How to Delete Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of information sent from web sites to web browser to be stored for use when you connect to the same web site again.

Cookies are used to store user preference information, such as web site options. Cookies can also be used to store items such as shopping cart contents. The most dangerous use of cookies is when they are used to store authentication data, such as usernames and passwords.

Occasionally cookies will become corrupted and will cause problems with web browsing. When that happens, it is best to delete your cookies.
